Introduction: The school has always been the center of cultural and social developments in the society and has important effects on the scientific dynamics of the society. The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on the implementation of the dynamic school plan.
Methods: The present qualitative research was conducted using the grounded theory method. Data collection was done with semi-structured interviews and the purposeful sampling method was the snowball method. The data was collected by interviewing 17 experts familiar with dynamic school plan topics. Data analysis was done in NVivo. 10.
Results: In total, 6 selective codes under the title (causal conditions, context, intervening conditions, phenomenon, strategies and consequences), 11 axial codes and 46 open codes were created to develop the main phenomenon. In addition, the reliability of the interviews was 0.79 by studying the intra-subject agreement.
Conclusions: 6 selective codes of causal conditions (infrastructures), phenomena (culturalization, assessment), intervening conditions (creativity and innovation), context (education and budget), strategies (interdepartmental cooperation, planning) and The consequences are (increasing vitality, reducing violence, improving the level of health). Therefore, it is suggested to use the dynamic school plan in schools across the country.
