Face validity, content by qualitative method and convergence of questionnaires and reliability by internal consistency method were evaluated and confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS. 18 and PLS. 23.

The values of standard coefficients of e-government path on social responsibility, social responsibility on organizational agility and e-government on organizational agility through social responsibility were reported as positive. The model of structural equations was evaluated and validated using the goodness-of-fit index.
Conclusions: There is a positive and significant correlation between e-government and organizational agility. The variable of social responsibility in the relationship between e-government and organizational agility plays a relative mediating role.
