Abstract
Introduction: Infertility and related therapies have negative effects on health by causing psychological and physical stress. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between health literacy and sexual satisfaction in infertile women.
Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was performed in 2019 in the infertility clinic of Al-Zahra Hospital in Tabriz. 390 women were included in the study with convenience sampling according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected using demographic characteristics Questionnaire, the “Health Literacy for Iranian Adults” (HELIA) and the “Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire”.
The face validity of the questionnaires and the content validity ratio based on the Lawshe's table were 0.62, which were acceptable. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient for 30 infertile women referred to the infertility center for “Health Literacy for Iranian Adults” and " Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire", 0.87 and 0.85, respectively. The SPSS.22 software was used to analyze the data.
Results: The mean (standard deviation) of health literacy and sexual satisfaction was 72/68± 14/3 and 57/23 ± 10/15, respectively. A positive and significant relationship was observed between the total score of the level of health literacy and sexual satisfaction (P <0.001).
Conclusion: Health literacy was positively correlated with sexual satisfaction in infertile women. it is recommended; Programs and interventions developed in infertile women should be done in order to increase the level of health literacy.

Abstract
Introduction: Chronic diseases such as diabetes can lead to marital incompatibility and affect family health. The purpose of this study was to develop a structural model of women's marital satisfaction based on positive attitudes toward extramarital relationships and health literacy in their diabetic spouses through sexual satisfaction.
Methods: The present study is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this study includes all couples with husbands with type 1 and 2 diabetes who lived in Ahvaz and were registered in the Diabetes Association of Khuzestan province until 2020, whose total population is 2000 people. According to the inclusion criteria, 330 patients and their spouses were selected as a sample based on the Krejcie & Morgan table by simple random sampling using a random number table. Finally, 285 couples were willing to cooperate and completed the questionnaires. In order to collected data demographic questionnaire, the “ENRICH Couple Scale”, the “Attitudes Toward Infidelity Scale”, the “Health Literacy for Iranian Adults”, and the “Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire”, were used. The validity and reliability of the instruments have been confirmed in previous studies. Data analysis was performed by using SPSS.24 and Amos.23.
Results: The proposed model had a good fit. There is a significant relationship between men positive attitudes toward extramarital relationships with women marital satisfaction (P<0.01), between men positive attitudes toward extramarital relationships with women sexual satisfaction (P<0.01), between men health literacy with women sexual satisfaction (P<0.01), between women sexual satisfaction with women marital satisfaction (P<0.01), but there was significant relationship between health literacy with marital satisfaction (P>0.05). Also indirect pathways are significant positive attitudes toward extramarital relationships with marital satisfaction with mediating role of sexual satisfaction (P<0.01), health Literacy with marital satisfaction with mediating role of sexual satisfaction (P<0.01).
Conclusions: The proposed model had a good fit and is an important step in understanding the factors related to marital satisfaction of women with spouses with diabetes. It is suggested that in the treatment of marital problems of patients with diabetes, the role of positive attitude variables in extramarital relationships and health literacy mediated by sexual satisfaction in predicting marital satisfaction should be considered.

Abstract
Introduction: The tendency to cosmetic surgery and its practice can be influenced by various physical, psychological, social and cultural factors. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between sexual satisfaction and perceived social support with a tendency to cosmetic surgery.
Methods: The method of the present study is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included all patients seeking cosmetic surgery in one month in 2020 in selected 3 clinics in Tehran, which was estimated at a total of 900 people. 322 of them were selected as a sample by non-random sampling Quota method. The demographic questionnaire, "Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire", the "Perceived Social Support Scale" and the "Acceptance of Cosmetic Surgery Scale" were used to collect data. The construct validity of the instruments was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and the reliability was confirmed by internal consistency by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS. 19.
Results: Tendency to cosmetic surgery has a negative and significant correlation with sexual satisfaction (r = -0.208) and perceived community support (r = -0.338) (P <0.05). Also, perceived social support (β = -0.29) and sexual satisfaction (β = -0.19) predict a total of 15% of the variance of the tendency to cosmetic surgery (P <0.05).
Conclusions: Tendency to cosmetic surgery has a negative and significant correlation with sexual satisfaction and perceived community support. Therefore, social support and sexual satisfaction predict the tendency to surgery. It is suggested that psychologists and counselors consider the role of social support and sexual satisfaction in reducing the unnecessary tendency of individuals to cosmetic surgery.

Abstract
Introduction: Marital conflict is caused by the incompatibility of the couple in the type of needs and the method of satisfying it and irresponsible behavior towards the marital relationship and marriage. One of the treatments can be couple therapy. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of "Systemic-Behavioral Couple Therapy" on self-differentiation and sexual satisfaction in couples with marital conflict.
Methods: The method of the present study was quasi-experimental with pre-test design, post-test with control and follow-up groups. The statistical population of this study consisted of couples with marital conflict who referred to 2 health centers of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran in winter of 2020 (due to easier access of researchers to these two centers). The “Marital Conflict Questionnaire Revised” was used to identify conflicting couples. 20 couples (40 people) who had a score of 115 or more than 270 of the total questionnaire, were selected by simple random sampling method and after matching, were divided into two groups of intervention and control. The instruments used in the study included demographic information, "Index of Sexual Satisfaction", “Differentiation of Self Inventory” and “Marital Conflict Questionnaire Revised”. The validity of the instruments was measured by the content validity ratio method and the reliability by the internal consistency method by calculating the Cronbach's coefficient. "Systemic-Behavioral Couple Therapy" was performed on the intervention group in 10 sessions of 90 minutes once a week. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS. 21.
Results: Intervention on female sexual satisfaction (P <0.05, F = 15.00), male sexual satisfaction (P <0.05, F = 12.27), female differentiation (P <0.05, F= 22.51) and male differentiation (P <0/05, F=16.92) was effective and this effect remained stable in the follow-up stage.
Conclusions: “Systemic-Behavioral Couple Therapy” has been effective in increasing the level of sexual satisfaction and differentiation of each couple. It is suggested to use the above method as a practical and effective treatment method to improve their sexual satisfaction and differentiation in couples with marital conflict.

Abstract
Introduction: Teachers 'general health is of great importance that has a psychological and social impact on couples' relationships. The aim of this study was to determine the structural model of the mediating role of differentiation in the relationship between sexual satisfaction and general health in married female teachers in Kerman.
Methods: The study method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the study was all married female teachers in Kerman who were teaching in schools of Kerman in the academic year 2018-2019. A total of 373 married female teachers were selected by non-random sampling method using the convenience method. Data collection tools included a demographic questionnaire, "Differentiation of Self Inventory", "General Health Questionnaire" and "Index of Sexual Satisfaction". The validity of the instruments was measured using content validity by qualitative method and reliability by internal consistency method by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed in SPSS. 22 and Amos. 22.
Results: There was a significant correlation between general health and sexual satisfaction with the mediating role of differentiation. The direct correlation of differentiation was significant in estimating general health and sexual satisfaction of teachers (P<0.001). Path analysis findings also showed that differentiation played a mediating role in the relationship between public health and teachers' sexual satisfaction.
Conclusions: There was a positive and significant correlation between general health and sexual satisfaction with the mediating role of differentiation. It is suggested that in counseling centers and psychological services, the necessary training be provided to married female teachers who refer to marital complaints to increase general health and sexual satisfaction.

Abstract
Introduction: Relationships between spouses are one of the most fundamental determinants of healthy and dynamic family functioning. Poor sexual compatibility and satisfaction can be the basis for marital infidelity. The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a prediction model of marital infidelity based on adjustment and sexual satisfaction with the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in couples.
Methods: The present research was carried out by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population included all couples with at least one experience of infidelity in virtual form, SMS or phone call and sexual intercourse in Khoy city in the first six months of 2022. Sampling was calculated according to the rule of 20 items per 24 variables, and 480 people were selected using convenience sampling method. In order to collect data from demographic questionnaire, "Infidelity Questionnaire", "Adjustment Inventory", "Index of Sexual Satisfaction" and "Cognitive Flexibility Inventory" was used. The validity of the instruments used in the current research was not measured and it was limited to the previous researches. But the reliability of the internal consistency method by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was done in SPSS. 27 and Amos. 24.
Results: The research model fits the collected data (RMSEA=0.054). There was a negative and significant correlation between adjustment (+0.30) and sexual satisfaction (-0.40) with marital infidelity (P<0.001). A positive and significant correlation was observed between adjustment (+0.29) and sexual satisfaction (+0.44) with cognitive flexibility (P<0.001). Due to the non-significance of indirect coefficients, the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the relationship between adjustment and sexual satisfaction with marital infidelity was not confirmed.
Conclusions: Adjustment and sexual satisfaction are correlated with the reduction of marital infidelity. Therefore, it is suggested to hold educational workshops in order to flourish marital relations and create emotional and sexual intimacy, adjustment and cognitive flexibility development.
