Abstract

Introduction: Depression is one of the most common causes of mental disorders in adolescents and high school students because adolescents are exposed to a variety of events in the environment of peers and friends, school and home. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy on psychological components (anxiety, stress, depression) and problem solving styles in junior high school students in Sanandaj.
