fa اثربخشی آموزش تصویرسازی ارتباطی (ایماگوتراپی) بر دیدگاه درکی و بخشودگی زنان آسیب‌دیده از خیانت زناشویی مدیریت سلامت health management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: خیانت زناشویی مساله‌ای بسیار دردناک برای زوج‌ها و خانواده‌ها به ویژه برای زنان می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تصویرسازی ارتباطی (ایماگوتراپی) بر دیدگاه درکی و بخشودگی زنان آسیب‌دیده خیانت زناشویی انجام شد.<br> روش کار: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری همه زنان آسیب‌دیده خیانت زناشویی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اهواز در سال 1394 بودند. مجموعاً 30 زن با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه همتا (هر گروه 15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه مداخله 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای آموزش تصویرسازی ارتباطی دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل هیچ درمانی دریافت نکردند. همچنین هر دو گروه &quot;پرسشنامه دیدگاه درکی&quot; &quot;Perspective Taking Questionnaire&quot; و &quot;پرسشنامه بخشودگی&quot; &quot;Forgiveness Questionnaire&quot; را در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون تکمیل کردند که پایایی آن‌ها به روش آلفای کرونباخ اندازه گیری شد. داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 21 تحلیل شدند.<br> یافته‌ها: بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در دیدگاه درکی و بخشودگی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. به عبارت دیگر، آموزش تصویرسازی ارتباطی به‌طورمعناداری باعث افزایش دیدگاه درکی (001/0 > P، 888/48 = F) و بخشودگی (001/0 > P، 847/30 = F) زنان آسیب‌دیده خیانت زناشویی شد.<br> نتیجه گیری: آموزش تصویرسازی ارتباطی (ایماگوتراپی) باعث افزایش دیدگاه درکی و بخشودگی زنان آسیب‌دیده خیانت زناشویی شد. بنابراین، به مشاوران و درمانگران استفاده از روش آموزش تصویرسازی ارتباطی برای بهبود ویژگی‌های روانشناختی (به‌ویژه دیدگاه درکی و بخشودگی) زنان آسیب‌دیده خیانت زناشویی پیشنهاد می‌شود.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Marital infidelity is a critical problem for couples and families, especially for females. This research aimed at determining the effectiveness of Imago Therapy training on perspective taking and forgiveness among females damaged by marital infidelity.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This semi-experimental study was conducted with a pre-test and post-test. The statistical population included all females damaged by marital infidelity that had referred to counseling centers of Ahvaz city during year 2015. In total, 30 females were selected by the convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned to 2 groups (each group with 15 individuals). The intervention group received Imago Therapy training for 8 sessions of 90 minutes. The control group, however, did not receive any treatment. Both groups completed the &quot;Perspective Taking Questionnaire&quot; and &ldquo;Forgiveness Questionnaire&rdquo; in the pre-test and post-test steps. The reliability of both questionnaires were determined by Cronbach&#39;s alpha. Data were analyzed by the SPSS 21 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups on perspective taking and forgiveness. In this respect, Imago Therapy training significantly increased perspective taking (F = 48.888, P &le; 0.001) and forgiveness (F = 30.847, P &le; 0.001) in females damaged by marital infidelity (P < 0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> This study showed that Imago Therapy training increases perspective taking and forgiveness in females damaged by marital infidelity.
