fa مقایسه شاخص های عملکردی بیمارستان منتخب با استانداردهای کشوری مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی health services management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: یکی از معیارهای تعیین کارایی و اثربخشی عملکرد بیمارستان ها، محاسبه شاخص های عملکرد و مقایسه آن ها با استانداردهای خدمات بهداشتی است. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه شاخص های عملکردی بیمارستان منتخب با استانداردهای کشوری انجام شد.<br> روش کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی-مقایسه ای تعدادی از شاخص های عملکرد یک بیمارستان منتخب با استانداردهای موجود مقایسه شد. ابزار پژوهش &quot;فرم شماره 201 نظام نوین آماری&quot; (Form No. 201 of New Information System) است که روایی و پاییی ان به روش آلفای کرونباخ اندازه گیری شد. داده ها به روش سرشماری از بیمارستان مورد نظر از سال 1392 تا پایان سال 1394 جمع آوری و با نرم افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 19 تحلیل شد.<br> یافته‌ها: نتایح شاخص های نسبت تخت فعال به ثابت(>80%)، اشغال تخت(>70%)، نسبت عملکرد تخت (>24%)، نسبت فوت شدگان به بستری شدگان(<2%)، نسبت پذیرش به ازای هر تخت(>24%)، متوسط اقامت بیمار(<2روز) و فاصله چرخش تخت(<2روز) را نشان داد.<br> نتیجه گیری: وضعیت شاخص های بیمارستان با توجه به استاندارد کشوری در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند، اما نیاز به ارتقا و اصلاحات وجود دارد. لذا لازم است مدیران در جهت افزایش کارایی، اثربخشی و بهره برداری عملکرد آن مرکز تدابیر لازم را اتخاذ کنند.<br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Efficiency and effectiveness of hospital beds are crucial aspects in hospitals. This study aims to compare the performance index of selected hospital with the national standards.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this descriptive-comparative study, several performance indexes of selected hospital is compared with the available standard. The instrument to collect data is &ldquo;Form No. 201 of New Health Information System&rdquo; which the validity and reliability is confirmed through Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient. The data is collected through census method between &ldquo;2013 &ndash; 2015&rdquo; and is analyzed by SPSS.19.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The finding show that indexes of ratio of beds to fixed (80%<) bed occupancy ratio (70%<), bed performance ratio (24%<), rate of who is death to those admitted (2%>), rate of admissions per bed (24%<), average length of stay (ALOS) (2 days>) and bed turnover interval (2 days>) are desirable.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The hospital performance indexes are desirable, but there is a need for promotion and improvements.
