fa رابطه فرسودگی شغلی با سلامت روان معلمان مدارس استثنایی: نقش میانجی مشارکت شغلی مدیریت سلامت health management پژوهشي Research <p></p> <p>مقدمه: فرسودگی شغلی وبه تبع آن مشکلات در سلامت روان، دربین معلمان مدارس استثنایی دیده می‌شود. بنابراین، لازم است متغیرهای اثر گذاردر این زمینه مورد شناسایی قرار گیرند. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین همبستگی فرسودگی شغلی و سلامت روان معلمان مدارس استثنایی با میانجی گری مشارکت شغلی بود.</p> <p>روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه معلمین مدارس استثنایی شهر زنجان در سال تحصیلی 94-95 به تعداد 116 نفربودندکه به صورت تمام شماری در نمونه آماری قرار گرفتند. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات ابزارهای&quot; سیاهه فرسودگی مسلش&quot; (Maslash Burnout Inventory) &quot;پرسشنامه مشارکت شغلی&quot; (Job involvement Questionnaire) و&quot;پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی&quot; (General Health Questionnaire) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها در نرم افزار Lisrel 5/8 انجام شد و الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری مورد ارزیابی گرفت.</p> <p>یافته‌ها: فرسودگی شغلی از طریق مشارکت شغلی با سلامت روان (0/26) همبستگی دارد. خستگی عاطفی از طریق مشارکت شغلی با سلامت جسمانی (0/21-)، با اضطراب وبی خوابی (0/17)، کارکردهای اجتماعی (0/1) وافسردگی (0/19) همبستگی دارد. مسخ شخصیت از طریق مشارکت شغلی با سلامت جسمانی (0/14-)، اضطراب وبی خوابی (0/11)، کارکردهای اجتماعی (0/60) و افسردگی (0/17) همبستگی دارد. فقدان موفقیت فردی از طریق مشارکت شغلی با سلامت جسمانی (0/19-)، اضطراب وبی خوابی (0/15)، کارکردهای اجتماعی (0/09) و افسردگی (0/24) همبستگی دارد (0/01 > P).</p> <p>نتیجه گیری: مشارکت شغلی نقش میانجی بین فرسودگی شغلی و سلامت روان معلمان مدارس استثنایی دارد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود از طریق افزایش مشارکت شغلی در معلمان مدارس استثنایی، فرسودگی شغلی را کاهش و سلامت روان آن‌ها را افزایش داد.</p> <p></p><p></p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> The job burnout of and mental health problems occurs among teachers of special schools. The aim of this study is to determine the correlation between the job burnout and mental health of teachers in special schools of Zanjan using job involvement mediation.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This research is a descriptive- correlational study. 116 teachers of the special schools during the 95-94 academic year are selected through census sampling. Data is collected using &ldquo;Maslash Burnout Inventory&rdquo;, &ldquo;Job involvement Questionnaire&rdquo; and &ldquo;General Health Questionnaire&rdquo;. Data analysis is performed by Lisrel 8.5 software and the proposed model is tested through structural equation modeling.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Emotional exhaustion through job involvement has correlation with physical health (-0.21), anxiety, insomnia (0.17), social function (0.1) and depression (0.19). Depersonalization through job involvement has correlation with physical health (-0.14), anxiety, insomnia (0.11), social function (0.06) and depression (0.17). Lack of personal success through job involvement has correlation with physical health (-0.19), anxiety, insomnia (0.15), social function (0.09) and depression (0.24).</p> <p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> Job involvement as a mediator has a relationship between job burnout and mental health of teachers in special schools.
