fa تجربه پرستاران بازنشسته از بازنشستگی: یک مطالعه کیفی Retired nurses' experience from retirement: A qualitative study مدیریت سلامت و رفاه اجتماعی health & social welfare management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بازنشستگی مرحله جدیدی در چرخه زندگی است و میتواند راهی برای بهبود سلامتی و مراقبت از خود و وضعیت زندگی باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربه پرستاران بازنشسته از بازنشستگی صورت گرفت.<o:p /> مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه باطراحی کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. نمونهگیری به صورت مبتنی بر هدف صورت گرفت. 20 پرستار بازنشسته ساکن شهر سمنان، که دارای مدرک کارشناسی پرستاری بودند و 1 تا 5 سال از بازنشستگی آن ها گذشته بود و با سمتهای مختلف در بخشها و بیمارستآن های متفاوت، 23-30 سال سابقه کار تمام وقت داشتند، در پژوهش مشارکت نمودند. دادههای مطالعه از طریق مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته جمعآوری گردید. هنگامیکه دادهها به اشباع رسید، نمونهگیری خاتمه یافت.<o:p /> یافتهها: درونمایه اصلی استخراج شده از دادهها تهدید هویت بود. طبقات شامل "شوک و ناباوری"، "جدایی سخت از حرفه" و "درماندگی" بودند که هر کدام حاوی طبقات فرعی متعددی بودند. <o:p /> نتیجهگیری: تجارب پرستاران طی بازنشستگی، تهدید هویت بود. با برنامهریزی مناسب جهت بازنشستگی و اتخاذ تدابیر موثر جهت اصلاح شرایط برای پرستاران بازنشسته از سوی مسئولین و مدیران پرستاری، میتوان از بروز تهدید هویت در پرستاران بازنشسته پیشگیری نموده و ارتقاء سلامت و بهرهوری را برای پرستاران فراهم نمود. همچنین یافتههای این مطالعه میتواند زمینه را برای مطالعات بیشتر در این رابطه فراهم نماید.<o:p /> Abstract<o:p /> Introduction: Retirement is a new phase in the life cycle and away to improve health and self-care and living conditions. The aim of this study was to explore the experiences of retired nurses in retirement time. Materials and Methods: This study was performed by qualitative design and content analysis method. Sampling was based on purposive and participants were 20 retired nurses that live in Semnan. In addition, participants had a BSc in nursing and 1 to 5 years of retirement time. However, they had different positions in various wards and hospitals with 23-30 years’ of full-time experience. Data was collected through semi- structured interviews and the sampling ended when the data reached saturation. Findings: The main theme extracted from the data analysis was to identity the threat. Classes include "shock and disbelief", "hard separation of the work" and "frustration” that contained several sub-classes.<o:p /> Conclusion: The experience of retired nurses during the retirement was identity threat. Suitable retirement planning and effective interventions to improve existing conditions by authorities and managers of nursing, can prevent incidence of identity threat in retired nurses and provide health promotion and efficiency for nurses. Furthermore, findings of this study can provide and facilitate more future studies in this field.
