شناسایی اثرات متقابل عوامل خطر فلج مغزی کودکان با روش کاهش ابعاد چند عاملی

مقدمه: شناسایی عوامل خطر و اثرات متقابل آنها، در مطالعات پزشکی بسیار مهم است. عوامل خطر مختلفی بر بروز بیماری فلج مغزی کودکان گزارش شده است. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی اثرات متقابل عوامل خطر فلج مغزی کودکان با روش کاهش ابعاد چند عاملی بود.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، اطلاعات 225 کودک 1-6 ساله که در سالهای 87-1386 جمعآوری شده بود، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای شناسایی اثرات متقابل از روش کاهش ابعاد چند عاملی با کمک شاخص دقت تعادل استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار R نسخه 2-15-2 انجام شد.
یافتهها: رگرسیون لجستیک نشان داد تنها متغیرهای سابقه بیماری (002/0=p) و آسفیکسی (001/0>p) با فلج مغزی کودکان رابطه معنیداری داشتند. اثرات متقابل شناسایی شده توسط روش کاهش ابعاد چند عاملی شامل آسفیکسی، ازدواج فامیلی والدین، زایمان نارس با دقت تعادل 145/92 بود.
نتیجهگیری: روش کاهش ابعاد چند عاملی به عنوان یک روش جدید، قابلیت خوبی برای شناسایی اثرات متقابل عوامل خطرساز بیماریها، از جمله فلج مغزی کودکان دارد. بکار گیری آن در مطالعات بعدی پیشنهاد می شود.

regression analysis showed that only the history of current pregnancy (P=0.002)
and asphyxia (P<0.001) were significantly associated with cerebral palsy.
The identified interaction of the factors by the method of multifactor
