fa همبستگی عملکرد پورتفولیو و پیچیدگی صورت های مالی با میانجیگری رهبری تحول آفرین شرکت های دارویی پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار مدیریت اقتصاد بهداشت health economy & management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: پرتفولیو یکی از مفاهیم پیچیده ای است که مورد علاقه سرمایه گذاران و تصمیم گیران می باشد و یکی از مهمترین منابع اطلاعاتی سرمایه گذاران، اعتباردهندگان و سایر استفاده کنندگان صورت های مالی شرکت ها می باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، همبستگی عملکرد پورتفولیو و پیچیدگی صورت های مالی با میانجیگری رهبری تحول آفرین شرکت های دارویی پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار می باشد.&nbsp;<br> روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی، جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت های دارویی بالای 15 سال سابقه کار در این 8 شرکت دارویی به تعداد 251 تن می باشد. با در نظر گرفتن تعداد کل جامعه آماری و براساس جدول Morgan، تعداد 153 تن به عنوان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها شامل: پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، &quot;پرسشنامه عملکرد پورتفولیو &quot;(Portfolio Performance Questionnaire) و &quot;پرسشنامه پیچیدگی صورت های مالی&quot; (Complexity of Financial Status Questionnaire)&nbsp; و &quot;پرسشنامه رهبری تحول آفرین&quot; (Transformational Leadership Questionnaire) بود. روایی ابزارها به روش نسبت روایی محتوا، روایی همگر ا&nbsp; و روایی واگرا و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی بررسی شد. تحلیل داده ها در نرم افزار اس پی اس نسخه 25 ، لیزرل 8 و اسمارت پی ال اس2 انجام شد.<br> یافته ها: بین رهبری تحول آفرین و پیچیدگی صورت های مالی با ضریب همبستگی 719/0، بین عملکرد پورتفولیو و رهبری تحول آفرین با ضریب 226/0 در سطح معناداری 01/0 مثبت، مستقیم و معنادار وجود داشت. از طرفی، ضریب مسیر برای پیچیدگی صورت های مالی برابر 517/0 شده است. بنابراین، متغیر رهبری تحول آفرین به صورت مستقیم، عملکرد پورتفولیو به واسطه متغیر میانجی (رهبری تحول آفرین) درکل توانسته اند 7/51 درصد&nbsp; از تغییرات پیچیدگی صورت های مالی را توضیح دهند.<br> نتیجه گیری: رهبری تحول آفرین همبستگی مثبت، مستقیم معنادار با پیچیدگی صورت های مالی و عملکرد پورتفولیو دارد. لذا پیشنهاد می شود مسئولین برای کاهش پیچیدگی صورت های مالی، سیاست گذاری جهت کنترل صحیح پورتفولیو در سازمان لحاظ نمایند.<br> <br> <br> &nbsp; Introduction: Portfolio is one of the complex concepts that is of interest to investors and decision makers and is one of the most important sources of information for investors, creditors and other users of companies&#39; Financial Status. The aim of this research is the correlation of portfolio performance and the complexity of Financial Status with the mediation of transformational leadership variable of pharmaceutical companies admitted to the stock exchange.&nbsp;<br> Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, the statistical population includes all managers and experts of pharmaceutical companies with over 15 years of experience in these 8 pharmaceutical companies, totaling 251 people. Considering the total number of the statistical population and based on the Morgan table, 153 people were selected as stratified random sampling. Data collection instruments include: Demographic Questionnaire, &quot;Portfolio Performance Questionnaire&quot;, &quot;Complexity of Financial Status Questionnaire&quot; and &quot;Transformational Leadership Questionnaire&quot;. The validity of the instruments was checked by the method of convergent validity and divergent validity and reliability by the method of internal consistency by calculating Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient and composite reliability. Data analysis was done in SPSS .25, Lisrel 8 and SmartPLS.2.<br> Results: There was a significant positive direct correlation between transformational leadership and the complexity of Financial Status with a correlation coefficient of 0.719, between portfolio performance and transformational leadership with a coefficient of 0.226 at a significance level of 0.01. On the other hand, the path coefficient for the complexity of Financial Status is equal to 0.517. Therefore, the variable of transformational leadership directly, portfolio performance through the mediating variable (transformational leadership) have been able to explain 51.7% of the changes in the complexity of Financial Status.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> Conclusion: Transformational leadership has a significant positive direct correlation with financial status complexity and portfolio performance.
