fa اثر بخشی «نوآوری در تحلیل متقابل» بر رضایت زناشویی در زنان متاهل شهر اصفهان مدیریت سلامت health management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: رضایت زناشویی یکی از بنیادی‌ترین مسائل درون هر خانواده است، یکی از عوامل موثر بر میزان رضایت زناشویی، کیفیت روابط متقابل در میان زوجین می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی &quot;نوآوری در تحلیل متقابل&quot; بر رضایت زناشویی&nbsp; در زنان متاهل شهر اصفهان انجام گرفت.&nbsp;<br> روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی به صورت پیش آزمون، آموزش، پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بوده است.&nbsp; جامعه آماری زنان متاهل شهر اصفهان بودند و به این منظور، برای گروه‌های نمونه و کنترل تعداد 60 تن از زنان متاهل 2 منطقه از مناطق شهر اصفهان که برای آموزش روابط بین فردی به فرهنگسراهای شهرداری مراجعه نموده بودند به صورت نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب سپس به صورت تصادفی از نوع قرعه کشی در 2 گروه مداخله (30 تن) و کنترل (30 تن) گمارده شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی و&quot;مقیاس رضایت زناشویی انریچ&quot;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; (ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale) بود. پس از اجرای پیش آزمون تعداد 30 تن در گروه مداخله به مدت 7 هفته تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. داده ها در نرم افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس نسخه 27 تحلیل شدند.<br> یافته‌ها: مقایسه نتایج حاصل از پیش آزمون، با نتایج پس‌آزمون&nbsp; و گروه‌ کنترل بیانگر وجود تفاوت معنادار بین گروه‌ها بود (01/0>P).&nbsp;<br> نتیجه گیری: &quot;نوآوری در تحلیل متقابل&quot; بر بهبود رضایت زناشویی در زنان متاهل شهر اصفهان موثر است. پیشنهاد می‌شود از روش آموزشی فوق در آموزش خانواده‌ها به منظور ارتقای سطح رضایت زناشویی‌ استفاده گردد.<br> <br> <br> &nbsp; Introduction: Marital satisfaction is one of the most fundamental issues in every family, one of the predictors of marital satisfaction is the quality of mutual relationships between couples. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of &quot;Innovation in Transactional Analysis&quot; on marital satisfaction in married women of Isfahan city.<br> Methods: The present research is semi-experimental in the form of pre-test, training and post-test, and the control group was the statistical population of married women in Isfahan city, and for this purpose, for the sample and control groups, there were 60 married women from 2 regions of Isfahan city. who had referred to the municipal culture centers for interpersonal relationship training were randomly selected by stratification. Data collection instruments including demographic questionnaire and &quot;ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale&quot; was used. The validity of the instruments was determined using confirmatory factor analysis and reliability using the internal consistency method with the calculation of Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient and the Pearson correlation coefficient method. After the pre-test, 30 people in the intervention group were trained for 7 weeks. Data were analyzed by SPSS. 27.<br> Results: Comparing the results of the pre-test with the results of the post-test and the control group showed a significant difference between the groups at the level (P<0.01).&nbsp;<br> Conclusion: &ldquo;Innovation in Transactional Analysis&rdquo; is effective in improving marital satisfaction in married women of Isfahan city.
