fa روابط ساختاری بین ویژگی های شخصیتی با رضایت زناشویی با میانجیگری تنهایی در زنان و مردان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر ایلام مدیریت سلامت و رفاه اجتماعی health & social welfare management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: ویژگی های شخصیتی و تنهایی از جمله عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت زناشویی هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین روابط ساختاری بین ویژگی های شخصیت با رضایت زناشویی با میانجیگری تنهایی در زنان و مردان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر ایلام بود.&nbsp;<br> روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی زنان و مردان مراجعه کننده با شکایت مشکلات زناشویی به مراکز مشاوره خانواده در شهر ایلام در سال 1399 بودند که 320 تن به روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی و در دسترس از میان آن ها انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، &quot;سیاهه پنج عاملی نئو&quot; (NEO Five-Factor Inventory)، &quot;مقیاس رضایت زناشویی انریچ&quot; (ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale) و &quot;مقیاس تنهایی دانشگاه کالیفرنیا&quot; (UCLA Loneliness Scale) استفاده شد. روایی ابزارها با استفاده از روایی محتوا به روش کیفی و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ اندازه گیری شد. تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده در نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس نسخه 24 و آموس نسخه 24 انجام شد.<br> یافته ها: بین روان رنجوری (001/0=P، 116/0-=&beta;) و تنهایی (001/0=P، 258/-0=&beta;) با رضایت زناشویی همبستگی منفی و معنادار و بین توافق پذیری (001/0=P، 327/0=&beta;) و وظیفه شناسی (008/0=P، 185/0=&beta;) با رضایت زناشویی همبستگی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. بین روان رنجوری با رضایت زناشویی با میانجیگری تنهایی همبستگی منفی و معنادار&nbsp; &nbsp;(016/0=P، 079/-0=&beta;) و بین توافق پذیری (017/0=P، 074/0=&beta;) و وظیفه شناسی (038/0=P، 059/0=&beta;) با رضایت زناشویی با میانجیگری تنهایی همبستگی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد.<br> نتیجه گیری: بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی روان رنجوری، توافق پذیری و وظیفه شناسی با رضایت زناشویی با میانجیگری تنهایی همبستگی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم ساختاری وجود دارد. لذا به متخصصان زوج درمانگر و خانواده درمانگر پیشنهاد می شود، در مشاوره و زوج درمانی جهت افزایش رضایت زناشویی، بر تظاهرات شخصیتی افراد و احساس تنهایی ناشی از آن نیز توجه کنند.<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Personality traits and loneliness are among the factors affecting marital satisfaction. The present study aimed to determine the structural relationships between personality traits and marital satisfaction with the mediation of loneliness in women and men referring to counseling centers in Ilam City.&nbsp;<br> Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population of this study included all women and men who referred to family counseling centers in Ilam City in 2019 with complaints of marital problems, 320 of whom were selected by non-random and convenience sampling method form among them. To collect data &quot;The demographic Questionnaire, &quot;NEO Five-Factor Inventory&quot;, &quot;ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale&quot; and &quot;The University of California Loneliness Scale&quot; was used. The validity of the instruments was measured using content validity by a qualitative method and reliability using the internal consistency method by calculating Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS .24 and Amos. 24.<br> Results: There is a negative and significant correlation between neuroticism (P=0.001, &beta;=0.116) and loneliness (P=0.001, &beta;=0.258) with marital satisfaction and there is a positive and significant correlation between agreeableness (P=0.001, &beta;=0.327) and conscientiousness (P=0.008, &beta;=0.185) with marital satisfaction. There is a negative and significant correlation between neuroticism and marital satisfaction with the mediation of loneliness (P=0.016, &beta;=-0.079) and there is a positive and significant correlation between agreeableness (P=0.017, &beta;=0.074) and conscientiousness (P=0.038, &beta;=0.059) with marital satisfaction with the mediation of loneliness.<br> Conclusions: There are structural direct and indirect relationships between the personality traits of neuroticism, agreeableness and conscientiousness with marital satisfaction with the mediation of loneliness.
