fa مقایسه اثربخشی «گروه درمانی مبتنی برشفقت» و «واقعیت درمانی گروهی» بر تعامل والد-کودک در مادران دارای فرزند درخودمانده مدیریت سلامت health management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: خانواده‌های کودکان &quot;درخودمانده&quot; به شدت تحت تأثیر عوامل گوناگون بر تعامل والد-کودک هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی &quot;گروه درمانی مبتنی برشفقت&quot; و &quot;واقعیت درمانی گروهی&quot; بر تعامل والد-کودک در مادران دارای فرزند درخودمانده است.<br> روش کار: روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و 3 ماه بعد پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل تمام مادران دارای فرزند درخودمانده سطح یک بود که در نیمه دوم سال 1397 به 8 مرکز مشاوره و روان درمانی کودکان درخودمانده در شهر تهران مراجعه کرده بودند. مراکز به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از میان آن ها 45 تن به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفی و با قرعه کشی در 2 گروه مداخله و 1 گروه کنترل قرار گرفت. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، &quot;مقیاس رابطه والد- کودک&quot; (Child-Parent Relationship Scale) بود. روایی محتوای ابزار به روش کیفی و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ اندازه گیری شد. پس از اجرای 8 جلسه90 دقیقه ای&quot;گروه درمانی مبتنی برشفقت&quot; و &quot;واقعیت درمانی گروهی&quot; برای گروه های مداخله، داده ها در نرم افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 24 تحلیل شد.&nbsp;<br> یافته ها: &quot;گروه درمانی مبتنی برشفقت&quot; و &quot;واقعیت درمانی گروهی&quot; در تعامل والد-کودک در مادران دارای فرزند درخودمانده &nbsp;اثربخش بودند (P<0/01). بین اثربخشی بر زیر مقیاس نزدیکی و نمره کلی رابطه والد- کودک تفاوت وجود داشت (P<0/01).<br> نتیجه گیری: &quot;گروه درمانی مبتنی برشفقت&quot; و &quot;واقعیت درمانی گروهی&quot; بر تعامل والد-کودک در مادران دارای فرزند درخودمانده اثربخش بودند. پیشنهاد می شود، درمانگران از &quot;گروه درمانی مبتنی برشفقت&quot; و &quot;واقعیت درمانی گروهی&quot; را برای تقویت و اصلاح رابطه والد-کودک، کودکان در خودمانده استفاده نمایند.<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Families of autistic children are strongly influenced by various factors on the parent-child relationship. The aim of this study is to compare the effectiveness of &quot;Compassion-Based Group Therapy&quot; and &quot;Group Reality Therapy&quot; on parent-child interaction in mothers with autistic children.<br> Methods: The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test and 3 months&rsquo; follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of this research included all mothers with autistic children who were at level one, who had referred to 8 counseling and psychotherapy centers for children left behind in Tehran in the second half of 2017. The centers were selected according to accessible referral method. The centers were selected according to available referral method. Among them, 45 people were selected by available sampling method and randomly and by lottery were placed in 2 intervention groups and 1 control group. The research instruments included a demographic questionnaire, &quot;Parent-Child Relationship Scale&quot;. The content validity of the instrument was measured by qualitative method and the reliability by internal consistency method by calculating Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient. After performing 8 sessions of 90 minutes of &quot;Compassion-Based Group Therapy&quot; and &quot;Group Reality Therapy&quot; for the intervention groups, the data were analyzed in SPSS. 24.<br> Results: &quot;Compassion-Based Group Therapy&quot; and &ldquo;Group Reality Therapy&rdquo; were effective in parent-child interaction in mothers with autistic children P <0.01). &nbsp;There was a difference between effectiveness on the intimacy subscale and the overall score of the parent-child relationship P <0.01).<br> Conclusions: &quot;Compassion-Based Group Therapy&quot; and &quot;Group Reality Therapy&quot; were effective on parent-child interaction in mothers with autistic children.
