fa تدوین راهبردها و پیامدهای همدلی قومی - فرهنگی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی با رویکرد انسجام ملی و دستیابی به سلامت اجتماعی: مطالعه کیفی (تحلیل محتوا) مدیریت سلامت و رفاه اجتماعی health & social welfare management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: وجود همفکری، همدلی، همگرایی و پذیرش اجتماعی در بین اقوام یکی از &nbsp;راه‌های نیل به سلامت اجتماعی و انسجام ملی در جامعه چند قومی ایران است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین راهبردها و پیامدهای همدلی قومی فرهنگی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی با رویکرد انسجام ملی و دستیابی به سلامت اجتماعی انجام شده است.<br> روش کار: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی انجام شد. نمونه مطالعه 32 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان بودند و ملاک انتخاب صاحب‌نظران داشتن شناخت و آگاهی نسبت به ادبیات موضوع و نیز داشتن اشرافیت بر جامعه در خصوص رصد کردن پدیده محوری پژوهش، بوده است که به‌صورت هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. از مصاحبه با به‌کارگیری سؤالات باز و نیمه‌ساختاریافته برای جمع‌آوری داده ها استفاده شده است. پس از رسیدن به اشباع نظری، داده ها با روش تحلیل محتوا از نوع قراردادی انجام شد.&nbsp;<br> یافته‌ها: با کدگذاری و تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختار با صاحب‌نظران، تعداد 159 کد باز استخراج گردید و پس از تجمیع کدها تعداد 47 زیر طبقه و تعداد 17 طبقه در غالب دو درون مایه اصلی به عنوان &quot;راهبردها&quot; و &quot;پیامدها&quot; &nbsp;شناسایی گردید.<br> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که با توجه به راهبردها و پیامدهای استخراجی پژوهش، همبستگی ملی و وفاق قومی و فرهنگی ایجاد خواهد شد و با مشارکت‌پذیری و تسهیل در اجرای راهبردهای ارائه شده، پیامدهای مثبت تقویت خواهد شد. پیشنهاد می شود سیاست‌گذاران با بکارگیری این راهبردها انسجام ملی و سلامت اجتماعی کشور را تحقق بخشند.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Existence of consensus, empathy, convergence and social acceptance among ethnic groups is one of the ways to achieve social health and national cohesion in the multi-ethnic society of Iran. The aim of this study was to develop strategies and consequences of ethnic-cultural empathy in virtual social networks with the approach of national cohesion and achieving social health.<br> Methods: The present study was conducted with a qualitative approach. The sample of the study was 32 experts and the criterion for selecting the experts was to have knowledge and awareness of the literature on the subject and also to have aristocracy over the community to observe the central phenomenon of research, which were selected purposefully and snowballs. Interviews were used using open and semi-structured questions to collect data. After reaching theoretical saturation, the data were analyzed by conventional content analysis method.<br> Results: By coding and analyzing the content of semi-structured interviews with experts, 159 open codes were extracted and after aggregating the codes, 47 subcategories and 17 categories in the form of two main themes were identified as &quot;strategies&quot; and &quot;consequences&quot;.<br> Conclusions: The results indicate that according to the strategies and extractive consequences of the research, national solidarity and ethnic and cultural harmony will be established and positive participation will be strengthened by participation and facilitation in the implementation of the presented strategies.
