fa عوامل مرتبط با چاقی در خانواده‏ های ساکن شهر تهران: یک مطالعه مقطعی Related factors with obesity in Tehranian households: A cross-sectional study مدیریت سلامت health management پژوهشي Research چکیده<o:p /> <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">مقدمه:</a> در قرن 21، چاقی با روند رو به رشد می‏باشد و یکی از بزرگترین چالشهای سلامت در جهان به شمار می‏آید. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین عوامل مرتبط با چاقی در خانواده‏های ساکن شهر تهران می باشد.<o:p /> مواد و ‏روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی،چاقی به عنوان تابعی از سن، جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل، سطح تحصیلات و سیگاری بودن برای برآورد نسبت شانس چاقی (Obesity odds ratio) در <a name="OLE_LINK6"></a><a name="OLE_LINK5">داده‏های </a> TLGS(مطالعه قند و لیپید تهران) بکار رفته‏ است. در این پژوهش بخشی از داده‏های TLGS، شامل 3935 خانوار که اعضای آنها سن بالای 20 سال داشته و در فاصله زمانی سالهای 1385 تا 1387مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند(8875 نفر)، بررسی شدند. وزن و قد به‏ترتیب با استفاده از ترازوی الکترونیکی دیجیتالی و متر نواری اندازه‏گیری شد. دور کمر و باسن با استفاده از یک پروتکل استاندارد بوسیله یک فرد آموزش دیده اندازه‏گیری شد. تمامی تحلیل ها با استفاده از نرم‏افزارهای SPSS نسخه16 و SAS نسخه 1/9 انجام گرفت.<o:p /> یافته‏ها: میانگین نمایه توده بدنی در مردان برابر 59/26 (کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) و در زنان برابر 96/27 (کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) می‏باشد. نسبت شانس چاقی برای سن، زنان و افراد متاًهل به‏ترتیب برابر 01/1 (001/0>P)، 10/2 (001/0>P) و 53/1 (001/0>P) می‏باشد. یک ارتباط معکوسی بین سطح تحصیلات و چاقی بدست آمد که نسبت شانس چاقی برابر 83/0 (028/0>P) و 50/0 (001/0>P) به ‏ترتیب برای سطح تحصیلات متوسطه و دانشگاهی می‏باشد.<o:p /> نتیجه‏گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که عوامل مرتبط با چاقی در این پژوهش با بسیاری از مطالعات در کشورهای دیگر مطابقت دارد. بنابراین،کاهش چاقی با توجه به عوامل مرتبط با آن بایستی در برنامه‏ریزی های بهداشتی مد نظر قرار گیرد.<o:p /> Abstract<o:p /> Introduction: In 21st century obesity has rapidly increased and it has become one of the greatest public health problems worldwide. The aim of this study was to determine related factors with obesity in Tehranian households.<o:p /> Materials and Methods:In this descriptive study, multivariate analysis was used to estimate the odds of obesity (BMI ≥30 kg/m2) as a function of age, sex, marital status, educational level and smoking by using data from” Tehran Lipid and Glucose Study (TLGS)” database. In this study 3,935 households participants who were equal or more than 20 years old, were recruited from phase III (2006-2008) of this study. Height of participants was measured to the nearest 5 mm without considering their shoe heels. Weight and height were measured using digital electric scale and meter tape. Data were analyzed by SPSS/16 and SAS version 9.1.<o:p /> Findings: The mean BMI was 26.59 (kg/m2) in men and 27.96 (kg/m2) in women. After adjustment for other variables, obesity odds ratios were 1.01 (P<0.001), 2.10 (P<0.001), and 1.54 (P<0.001) for age, women and married individuals, respectively. There was an inverse significant association between education and obesity. Obesity ORS were 0.83 (P<0.028) for high school and 0.50 (P<0.001) for university educational levels.<o:p /> <span style="line-height: 115% font-family: "Times New Roman","serif" font-size: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-bidi-font-family: "B Mitra" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-fareast-language: EN-US">Conclusion:<span lang="EN-CA" style="line-height: 115% font-family: "Times New Roman","serif" font-size: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ansi-language: EN-CA mso-bidi-font-family: "B Mitra" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-fareast-language: EN-US">The results of this study show that related factors in this research are similar to other countries.
