fa تاثیر آموزش مهارت حل مسئله بر تصمیم گیری دانشجویان فوریت های پزشکی The effect of problem solving training on decision making skill in emergency medicine students مدیریت تیروی انسانی human power management پژوهشي Research <span lang="FA" style="line-height: 125% font-family: "B Titr" font-size: 13pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ansi-language: EN-GB">چکیده<o:p /> <span lang="FA" style="line-height: 125% font-family: "B Mitra" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ansi-language: EN-GB">مقدمه: امروزه در عرصه مراقبت های بهداشتی، کارکنان فوریت های پزشکی با موضوعات و موقعیت های پیچیده ای مواجه هستند که حاصل فناوری پیشرفته، درک بالا و تیز هوشی در بخش های اجتماعی، بالارفتن فرهنگ بهداشتی، تغییرات ویژگی های اخلاقی و فرهنگی می باشد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر آموزش مهارت حل مسئله بر تصمیم گیری دانشجویان فوریت های پزشکی می باشد.<o:p /> <span lang="FA" style="line-height: 125% font-family: "B Mitra" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ansi-language: EN-GB">مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون است که بر روی60 نفر از دانشجویان فوریت های پزشکی در دو گروه شاهد (30 نفر) و آزمون (30 نفر) انجام گرفته است. روش نمونه گیری، تمام شماری بوده و کلیه دانشجویان فوریت های پزشکی در این مطالعه شرکت داده شدند. برای این منظور گروه آزمون به مدت 8 جلسه دو ساعته در طول ترم تحت آموزش مهارت حل مسئله قرار گرفتند، ولی گروه شاهد آموزشی دریافت نکردند. برای تعیین مهارت تصمیم گیری از ابزار پژوهشگر ساخته "پرسشنامه تصمیم گیری" (Decision Making Questionnaire<span lang="FA" style="line-height: 125% font-family: "B Mitra" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ansi-language: EN-GB">) استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی، با نظر 8 نفر از اساتید تایید و پایایی این آزمون نیز در دو مرحله بررسی و با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ، 87/0 و 84/0 بدست آمد. اطلاعات در دو مرحله قبل و بعد از برنامه آموزشی جمع آوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی مستقل، تی زوج شده و کای دو انجام گرفت. <o:p /> یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد مهارت تصمیم گیری در دانشجویان فوریت های پزشکی از نمره پایینی برخوردار است. همچنین آموزش مهارت حل مسئله در گروه آزمون موجب تقویت مهارت تصمیم گیری در آن ها شده است) .05/0P<) و میانگین این مهارت از 89/1±66/8 به 62/1±36/11رسیده است. در حالی که در گروه شاهد، سطح این مهارت تغییری نداشته است. <o:p /> نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر افزایش قدرت تصمیم گیری دانشجویان فوریت های پزشکی با آموزش مهارت حل مسئله است. لذا وارد نمودن آموزش مهارت حل مسئله در حیطه های مختلف فوریت پزشکی اعم از آموزش، پژوهش و مدیریت توصیه می شود. <o:p /> <o:p> </o:p> Abstract<o:p /> Introduction: Nowadays in the areas of health care, emergency medical personnel are increasingly exposed with issues and situations that are complex and product of the technology, understanding and awareness in the social sectors, health culture promotion, processes of diseases and frequent changes in moral and cultural characteristics. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of problem solving training on decision-making skills in emergency medical students.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This study is a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design that was performed in 60 graduate emergency medical students in two groups of experimental (30) and control (30). Simple sampling method was used and all students participated in this study. Then, an eight 2 hr session problem solving course was held for the experimental group. To determine the decision making skill the “Decision Making Questionnaire” was used. Content validity (0.87), with eight confirmed cases of teachers and the reliability test (0.84) were obtained using Cronbach's alpha. Data were gathered in pre and post educational program and were analyzed by SPSS/16 . T test, paired T test and Squire Chi were also used in this analysis.<o:p /> Findings: Findings revealed that decision making score in emergency medical students is low and problem solving course, positively affected the students ' decision making skill after the program in experimental group (P<0.05) and mean score of 8.66±1.89 rose to 11.36±1.62. However, decision making level did not change in control group.<o:p /> Conclusion: In general, findings of this study indicated that the student’s decision making skill has improved.
