fa همبستگی عوامل اجتماعی-فرهنگی و تعهد اخلاقی در شهروندان شهر ابهر مدیریت سلامت و رفاه اجتماعی health & social welfare management پژوهشي Research <p>مقدمه: تعهد اخلاقی ازاساسی‌ترین عوامل نظم وسلامت اجتماعی درجوامع می‌باشد و عوامل بسیاری در رعایت آن موثر است. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین همبستگی عوامل اجتماعی-فرهنگی با تعهد اخلاقی در شهروندان شهر ابهر بود.<br> روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه شهروندان بالای 18 سال شهر ابهربود. برای برآورد تعداد نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد و 411 &nbsp;تن با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب گردید. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار پژوهشگر ساخته &quot;پرسشنامه عوامل اجتماعی فرهنگی تعهد اخلاقی&quot; &nbsp;((Socio-Cultural Moral Commitment Factors Questionnaireو&quot;مقیاس تعهد اخلاقی&quot; (Moral Commitment Scale)انجام شد. روایی محتوا کیفی و پایایی به روش محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ اندازه‌گیری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 22 استفاده شد.<br> یافته‌ها: عوامل اجتماعی-فرهنگی(احساس ناامنی، احساس بی‌عدالتی واحساس‌ نابرابری، اعتماد اجتماعی) با تعهد اخلاقی همبستگی دارند. متغیر تعهد اخلاقی به میزان032/0 توسط متغیر احساس‌ نابرابری و04/0 توسط متغیراعتماد اجتماعی و09/0&nbsp; توسط متغیر احساس ناامنی و 07/0 توسط متغیر بی‌عدالتی تبیین می‌شود.<br> نتیجه‌گیری: بین متغیرهای احساس ناامنی، احساس بی‌عدالتی، احساس نابرابری و اعتماد اجتماعی و تعهد اخلاقی همبستگی معنادار وجود دارد. لذا پیشنهاد می شود در جهت کاهش احساس ناامنی ، بی‌عدالتی و تقویت اعتماد اجتماعی شهروندان تعهد اخلاقی را در جامعه تقویت شود.<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</p> Introduction: Moral commitment is one of the most political factors of social order and health in societies and many factors are effective in observing it. The aim of the present study was to determine the correlation of socio-cultural factors with moral commitment in citizens of Abhar.<br> Methods: The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included all citizens over 18 years of age in Abhar city. The Cochran&#39;s formula was used to estimate the number of samples, and 411 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Data collection was performed using the &ldquo;Socio-Cultural Moral Commitment Factors Questionnaire&rdquo; and the &ldquo;Moral Commitment Scale&rdquo;. The Qualitative content validity and reliability were measured by Cronbach&#39;s alpha method. Data analysis was used with SPSS. 22.<br> Results: Socio-cultural factors (feelings of insecurity, feelings of injustice and feelings of inequality, social trust) have been correlated with the variables of moral commitment. The variable of moral commitment is explained as 0.032 by the feeling of inequality and 0.04 by the variable of social trust and 0.09 by the variable of feeling insecure and 0.07 by the variable of injustice.<br> Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between the variables of feelings of insecurity, feelings of injustice, feelings of inequality, and social trust and moral commitment.
