fa همبستگی برون سپاری استراتژیک با عملکرد زنجیره تأمین بیمارستانی مدیریت بیمارستانی hospital mangement پژوهشي Research مقدمه: یکی از مهم‌ترین استراتژی‌های هر سازمان، تصمیم به &quot;ساخت&quot; یا &quot;خرید&quot; کالا یا خدمات مورد نیاز خود در سراسر زنجیره تأمین است. بهره‌وری هزینه‌های سازمانی عامل مهمی در جهت تلاش سازمان‌ها برای رسیدن به سطح مناسبی از برون سپاری است. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین همبستگی برون سپاری استراتژیک با عملکرد زنجیره تأمین بیمارستانی است.<br> روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل رئیس و معاونین بیمارستان‌های خصوصی فعال شهر تهران (73 بیمارستان) با ویژگی مشترک مدیران عالی بیمارستانی با اشراف اطلاعاتی در خصوص زنجیره تأمین بیمارستان است که تعداد نمونه 129 نفر به دست آمد. برای اطمینان، تعداد 150 &quot;پرسشنامه برون سپاری بیمارستانی&quot; (Hospital Outsourcing Questionnaire) برای مدیران ارشد 50 بیمارستان خصوصی شهر تهران ارسال گردید. از این مجموع تعداد 133 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. روایی محتوای ابزار سنجش با استفاده از گروه کانونی و مشارکت 17 نفر از مدرسین حوزه بهداشت و درمان کشور تأیید گردید. برای بررسی پایایی آن نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی (Composite Reliability) استفاده شد. داده‌ها به روش الگو سازی معادلات ساختاری و با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی با نرم افزار SmartPLS 3 تحلیل شد.<br> یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد رابطه معناداری بین برون سپاری استراتژیک در بیمارستان‌ها و عملکرد زنجیره تأمین وجود دارد. از میان متغیرهای عملکرد زنجیره تأمین بیمارستانی، مدیریت عملکرد خدمات بیشترین رابطه را با کیفیت عملکرد زنجیره تأمین بیمارستانی دارا است.<br> نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، توسعه برون سپاری استراتژیک با شناخت مزیت‌های رقابتی بیمارستان‌ها، ایجاد روابط استراتژیک با تأمین کنندگان و کنترل و نظارت آن‌ها، به منظور بهبود عملکرد زنجیره تأمین بیمارستانی پیشنهاد می‌شود.<br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Abstract</strong><br> <strong>Introduction:</strong> One of the most important strategies of every organization is the decision to &quot;build&quot; or &quot;buy&quot; goods or services they need throughout the supply chain. The productivity of organizational costs is an important factor in attempts of organizations to achieve an appropriate level of outsourcing. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between strategic outsourcing and hospital supply chain performance.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This was a descriptive-correlation research. The statistical population included the head and the deputies of private hospitals of Tehran (73 hospitals) with information about the supply chain of hospitals, with a sample of 129 individuals. For sure, 150 hospital outsourcing questionnaires were sent to top managers of 50 private hospitals in Tehran. From this total, 133 questionnaires were collected. The content validity of the instrument was confirmed by the focal group and the participation of 17 health education educators. To verify its reliability, Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient and composite reliability were used. The data were analyzed structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach with the SmartPLS3 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of this research indicate that there is a significant relationship between strategic outsourcing in hospitals and supply chain performance.
