fa رابطه فرسودگی تحصیلی، سرمایه روان شناختی و امید به اشتغال با سلامت روانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد آزادشهر: یک تحلیل مسیر مدیریت پرستاری nursing management & administration كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه</strong><strong>:</strong> سلامت روانی دانشجویان تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی قرار می‌گیرد. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین رابطه فرسودگی تحصیلی، سرمایه روان شناختی و امید به اشتغال با سلامت روانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد آزادشهر در سال تحصیلی 94-93 انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار</strong><strong>:</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای از 266 دانشجوی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد آزادشهر درخواست شد به پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، &quot;سیاهه فرسودگی مازلاچ- پیمایش دانشجویی، ((<span dir="LTR">Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey</span> پرسشنامه سرمایه روان شناختی&quot; (<span dir="LTR">Psychological Capital Questionnaire</span>)، &quot;مقیاس امید به اشتغال&quot; (<span dir="LTR">Hope to Work Scale</span>)&nbsp; و &quot;پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی 28 سوالی&quot; <span dir="LTR">General (Health Questionnaire, GHQ-28</span>) پاسخ دهند. به دلیل سنجش روایی و پایایی ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها در داخل و خارج کشور، به یافته‌های آن‌ها اکتفا شد. داده‌ها با نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس نسخه 21 و ایموس (<span dir="LTR">AMOS</span>) نسخه 21 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> فرسودگی تحصیلی به صورت منفی و معنی دار و سرمایه روان شناختی و امید به اشتغال به صورت مثبت و معنی دار 15 درصد از واریانس سلامت روانی را پیش بینی کردند. همچنین نقش واسطه‌ای فرسودگی تحصیلی در رابطه بین سرمایه روان شناختی و امید به اشتغال با سلامت روانی مشاهده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> فرسودگی تحصیلی، سرمایه روان شناختی و امید به اشتغال با سلامت روانی دانشجویان رابطه معنا داری دارند. بنابراین، برگزاری کارگاه‌هایی جهت تقویت سرمایه روان شناختی و امید در دانشجویان توصیه می‌گردد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Mental health of students is affected by different factors. The present study aimed to determine the relationship between psychological capital, hope for employment and academic burnout with mental health among students of Islamic Azad university-Azadshahr branch in the academic year 2013-2014 by path analysis.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was descriptive-correlation research. Using stratified sampling method, a sample of 226 students of Islamic Azad University of Azadshahr in Golestan was asked to respond to demographic questionnaire, &quot;Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey&quot;, the &quot;Psychological Capital Questionnaire&quot; the &quot;Hope Work Scale&quot; and the &quot;General health Questionnaire, GHQ-28). Since, validity and reliability of measures of collecting data were measured by previous studies. The data were analyzed by SPSS/21 and AMOS- 21.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Academic burnout negatively impact and psychological capital and hope for employment positively influence and can predict 15% of mental health variance. Academic burnout plays a mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and hope for employment in students&rsquo; mental health.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> A significant relationship between academic burnout and psychological capital, hope for employment with mental health of students.
