The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between spiritual leadership, job motivation and organizational trust of nurses and employees of the Dr Heshmat Hospital in Rasht. Methods: The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population is 540 nurses and staff of Dr. Heshmat Hospital in 2017. Of these, 224 were selected by random sampling method. Data were collected using three questionnaires including the "Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire", the "Job Motivation Questionnaire", and the "Organizational Trust Questionnaire".The content validity and of the instruments were confirmed by 5 lectures from the Payam Noor University and the reliability was measured through the Cronbach alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed with software based on version 19. Results: Spiritual leadership and job motivation (r= 0.769), and spiritual leadership and organizational trust (r = 0.709) are correlated. Also, organizational trust and job motivation (r = 0.976) are correlated. Conclusions: Spiritual leadership and job engagement and organizational trust have a positive and significant correlation. It is suggested that hospital managers increase their staffing levels in the hospital, taking into account their spiritual leadership, job engagement, and organizational trust. M3 ER -
